People Syrena Real Estate

Prior to co-founding Syrena, between 2007 and 2015, Management Board Member of Warsaw exchange listed GTC responsible for new investment and legal affairs. Areas of responsibility included project acquisition, development, asset management and exits, transaction and financing structuring, as well as supervision of all corporate, legal and stock exchange (IR) related matters. He was directly involved in dozens of projects in Poland and CEE with a total NLA of over 1 million sqm with a GAV of over EUR 2 billion.

Previously, Witold worked as a Senior Associate for Weil, Gotshal and Manges in  New York and Warsaw, focusing on M&A and Capital Markets. He was involved in transactions such as PZU privatization, CEZ acquisitions in Poland, Netia listing on NASDAQ, and disposal of EUR 1bn Polish assets by Casino Group.

Witold holds a LL. M. degree from University of Warsaw(1998) and Columbia  University Law School (1999). He also attended real estate executive courses at Harvard Business School and holds Certificate in English and European Law from Cambridge University and University of Warsaw. Admitted to legal practice in NY (2000) and Poland (2004).

He is fluent in Polish and English, has a working knowledge of German and Russian. Additional interests include history and political science. 

Prior to joining Syrena Real Estate, Artur worked for 6 years as the co-managing partner Mzuri Group – the largers operator of residential leasing managing ca. 6,000 apartments as well as the largest residential crowdinvesting firm in Poland. At Mzuri Group Artur was in particular responsible for the investment business.
Previously, a Partner at PwC. Artur spent altogether 19 years in management consulting working also for Deloitte, Andersen Business Consulting and Arthur Andersen.

Master’s degree in Economics from University of Łódź (1996). Artur also studied business administration at Maastricht University in the Netherlands.

Prior to joining Syrena, Mariusz worked for over five years as an investment banker at  Vienna Capital Partners, an independent corporate finance advisory and direct  investment company in Poland and CEE, where he was responsible for execution and coordination of numerous buy- and  sell-side M&A transactions.

Previously, a consultant at Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services responsible  for financial due diligence and other transaction support services in sale and  acquisition of businesses.

Holds a Master’s degree in Law and Administration from University of Warsaw and a Certificate in English and European Law from Cambridge University and University of Warsaw.

Ewa Lubańska has taken up the position of leasing manager and is responsible for the leasing of space and tenant relations within the portfolio of office properties managed by Syrena.

Ewa Lubańska has experience in the commercialization and management of commercial buildings. During her career, she worked at Colliers International in the owner representation department. Prior to joining Sirena, Ewa managed leases at Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe Nowy Świat.

Małgorzata Łyżwa has been the head Property Manager at Syrena since 2019. She is responsible for the Property Management of HOP, Marynarska Business Park, Ujazdowskie 10, and Komandorska, which are among the biggest assets in Syrena’s portfolio.

She gained experience working at Ronson Development, ECC, Master Management & C&W and has extensive knowledge in her field.

Rafal joined the Syrena team in 2020 as an Investment Analyst. He focuses mainly on conducting research, analyzing, and building business plans for the potential investment opportunities in the office, warehouse and PRS sectors.

Prior to joining Syrena Real Estate, he gained experience working in Capital Park as an analyst and Real Estate Advisory team in Deloitte engaging in assets valuation and transaction advisory.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Certificate from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford on Future of Real Estate and Certificate from PERK of Investment advisory.

Olga is among the newer members of the Syrena team. She is part of the Leasing team and takes care of coordinating day-to-day operations, making sure we are on time and prepared for the tasks that come our way. She has experience across many fields, including customer care, sales, management and administration. Olga joined Syrena in March, 2021.
