This past project is an office complex consisting of four 14-story buildings and one 7-story building which together offer 66k sqm of GLA and 1300 parking spaces. The buildings’ large windows guarantee excellent interior lighting. In addition, the complex offers raised floors, suspended ceilings, and a high-quality air-conditioning system. Buildings A and B underwent BREEAM In-Use certification at the “Excellent” level in the Asset category, buildings C, D, and FIVE have full BREEAM certification. Quattro Business Park was designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates Architecture Studio.
